If you're like me, during the 6-week party season (Thanksgiving to New Years) you may remember good nutrition exists. However, eating healthy food is not always the choice I make.
I found an interesting article entitled, "America's Worst Supermarket Foods." It gives some good food for thought.
David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding take a moderate position. Rather than totally avoiding the prepared foods you love, choose the ones that do the lease damage. It is amazing how much fat and thus calorie difference there is between two kinds of cookies or two frozen dinner entrees or two frozen pizzas.
And if you eat prepared food, rather than making it yourself, you may want to look at the book they are advertising, Eat This, Not That. Just click on the link above.
