Eating Tips for Healthy Living

I've posted several articles on healthy nutrition. Today I refer you to another person's perspective. "Healthy Eating Tips" contains suggestions for how to get started, how to visually recognize a portion of meat and what disorders are linked to being overweight. The healthy snacks sound very good. It seems as though creating a written plan for diet and exercise could help set up accountability.
A snack I enjoy, that the article does not mention, is carrots with natural peanut butter. Using natural peanut butter is necessary to avoid the conflicting amounts of sugar in carrots and commercial peanut butter.
I think the meaning the sentence, "Eliminating certain foods is not necessary, but you do have to add them into your diet in moderation," is less than clear. If you think it means something other than "moderation in everything," please let me know.
