We know that exercise is an important part of a healty life. Yet we hear people say, "I'm too busy to exercise!" They want to be healthy. Perhaps they need an alternative to going to the gym. Isometrics may be the answer.

You may wonder how isometrics can possibly work. Weights help create resistance. I think it is marvelous to use my body as resistance. I lug it around all the time. And it weighs a lot more than any dumb bells I could dream of picking up.
